Dimensions & Form
Resize any SKU to your required measurements. Adjust depth, footprint, slot dimensions, or proportions. We work from your drawings or written spec.
Wood Species & Finish
Sheesham or mango wood, lighter or darker tone, natural oil or lacquer finish. We can steer the palette within the material’s natural range.
Laser Engraving & Branding
Logos, monograms, text, or patterns engraved directly into the surface. Available on flat and curved faces. Set-up fees apply for new artwork — quoted at enquiry stage.
Packaging & Private Label
Custom gift boxes, branded inserts, private-label stickers, and retail-ready packaging available for qualifying volumes. Share your design files and we quote accordingly.

Share Your Brief
Email us the base SKU you want to adapt, your target dimensions or changes, preferred wood species, finish direction, and any branding requirements. Sketches, reference images, and technical drawings are all accepted. The more detail you send, the more precise our quote.

Stage 02
Quote & Sample
We review the brief and return a unit price, setup fee where applicable, lead time, and sample cost within 48 hours. A custom sample is made to your exact specification — dispatched against payment and deductible from the confirmed order. Production begins only after sample sign-off.

Stage 03
Production to Spec
Once the sample is approved, your batch enters the production queue. Every unit follows the approved specification — shaping, sanding, finishing, engraving, and packing all run to the confirmed brief. Lead times are set at order stage. Custom batches go through the same quality controls as standard catalogue runs.

Stage 04
Dispatch & Documentation
Custom orders ship from Saharanpur with full export documentation — commercial invoice, packing list, and certificate of origin. Private-label and branded pieces are packed to your specification. Freight arranged by us or handed to your forwarder. Tracking provided on dispatch.
